Shipping Information:

Our goal is to ship your order within 48 hours (Monday through Friday). Weekend orders will be shipped the following business day. You will receive an e-mail confirmation with tracking number for each order once it has shipped.

Refund, Returns and Cancellation Policies:

You will have up until the time of your delivery confirmation e-mail to cancel your order. There is no fee for a cancellation, you will be refunded completely. Once your order has shipped we do not provide refunds.

1. What will be the condition of the books that I receive?

Most of our sets include used books. Our brand new book sets will have a notation in the description that it is new. If a book contains any writing(besides a name inside cover) it will be noted in the description. Otherwise you can be assured all pages will be intact and there will be no markings in the books.

2. Can I request a set of books that I don't see available on this site?

Absolutely. Please e-mail or call us if you don't see a set online that you are interested in purchasing. We have thousands of books to add to our site at all times. We'll do our best to get it listed for you as soon as possible.

3. Can I purchase a gift card for someone?

Yes. Please contact us and we can provide you with a gift code to purchase in any amount.
